Your family or community group can help those struggling with homelessness by signing up to collect some of the items they need to have a safe holiday. Last year, instead of buying Christmas gifts for each other, the extended Vaughn family adopted Recovery House and bought items that the men there needed. Here's what you can do: Click here for our current Wish List! If you need brochures or other material about Columbus House, contact Sara at swarfield@columbushouse.org. We need your help collecting the huge amount of donations that supporters bring in throughout the holiday season. Place a Homeless for the Holidays clothing box in your business, school or place of worship and see the generosity of your community first-hand. We can also give you a coin collection box so that your customers and neighbors can contribute financially. We'll supply you with flyers and other materials to help you get the word out, and your location will be listed on this site as a Drop-Off Point.
