Outreach & Engagement programs offer services to clients who are literally homeless by reaching out to them wherever they are living.

New Haven Outreach and Engagement

A team of case managers works with other agencies and local law enforcement, seeking out primarily unsheltered adults in an effort to get them off the streets and on the path to permanent housing.

Middlesex Outreach and Engagement

Staff work with clients who are both unsheltered and sheltered in and around Middletown to help them engage services and get on the path to permanent housing.

Road to Recovery

A transportation program that provides rides for clients throughout the state to and from approved treatment centers as they work toward recovery.

Social Innovations Fund (SIF)

A national initiative implemented statewide in Connecticut that connects housing and healthcare to help people whose health is impacted by homelessness find stability, improve well-being, and reduce the need for emergency care.
