Pathways to Independence


This innovative program was piloted at Columbus House in 2011 and has since become a permanent program, largely funded through state resources. The program recognizes the critical intersection of housing and recovery, addressing these through coordinated services.

Clients receive ongoing support such as case management, mental health services, and help with daily living skills—ensuring they not only stay housed but thrive long-term.
