Warming Centers

Winter Family Triage Center
Running during the coldest months of the year, the 40-bed Family Triage Center in New Haven offers case management and a safe, warm space for mothers with children under 16, offering a stepping stone on their path to shelter or housing.
New Haven Outreach and Engagement
A team of case managers works with other agencies and local law enforcement, seeking out primarily unsheltered adults in an effort to get them off the streets and on the path to permanent housing.
Middlesex Outreach and Engagement
Our team works with clients who are both unsheltered and sheltered in and around Middletown to help them engage services and get on the path to permanent housing.
Road to Recovery
This transportation program helps eligible individuals access the care and support they need by providing rides to and from sober houses, recovery houses, shelters, detoxification and treatment facilities, hospitals, VA medical centers, and Vet Centers. This program is available to individuals receiving HUSKY D or Military Support Program services who are connected to treatment.
